So that there are no delays in sending your order to you, our aim at Perfection is to only offer products on our website that we have in stock.

If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund your money straight away.

We dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving your order, via Royal Mail or other suitable carrier

Express next day delivery is available at a surcharge as detailed below. For next working day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon otherwise they will be dispatched the following day.

UK orders should be received within 1-3 working days of placing the order, European and International orders are likely to take longer to arrive.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders at Perfection.

Orders under the value of £50 are dispatched on a 48 hour untracked service. Orders over £50 are dispatched using a tracked next day service. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 3-4 working days, please advise us at International customers should allow 14 days for delivery.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you of this.

If the parcel has been sent on a Next Day or other Signed For Service, the tracking number will be detailed on this email.

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Perfection, however in the unlikely event that you should have a query or problem, in the first instance please email our customer services team at or call them on 01270 768822 quoting your order number so they can advise you on the appropriate returns procedure.

Please note: All shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Under our goodwill returns policy, you may return items to us, at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding any postage charges incurred) if the item is “as new”. We class “as new” condition as unwashed, unworn and unused and in the original undamaged packaging. 

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on our Stick on Bra Range or Nipple Covers. Perfection Secret Bras and Breast Lift Tape have plastic films covering the adhesive, so that you may press the cup against your body to check for sizing. If you are in doubt, please do not remove the plastic film. Once the sticky surface is tampered with, which includes removing the plastic film, touching it with your fingers, applying the cups to your skin, you will not be able to return the item. The sticky surface is very sensitive to touch and dust, so please be careful when you’re handling the cups. If there is evidence that the plastic film has been removed, we will refuse your returns request and the item will be discarded. 

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the incorrect goods in error, or for goods found to be faulty. We recommend that you send returns by Royal Mail Recorded (covers you up to £30) or Special Delivery (covers you up to £500). Always retain proof of postage.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt. Once we have inspected the goods and subject to the foregoing, we will process a refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned items, after they have been fully inspected by our Returns team.

This Returns policy is in addition to, and exceeds, your Statutory Rights.

Customers' statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms of trading. In the event of any dispute, English law shall apply.

In order for us to reimburse you for returns, you must provide a copy of your proof and cost of postage within your returned parcel.
